1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by FlameHoster, a government-registered company. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment methods submitted.

3. Account Registration
To access services, you must create an account with FlameHoster. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. FlameHoster is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account usage.

4. Service Usage

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activities, including, but not limited to, hosting content that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Abuse of our network, such as sending spam or conducting malicious attacks, is strictly prohibited.
• Resource Usage: Our shared hosting plans are subject to fair usage limits. Excessive use of resources may result in service suspension or additional fees.
• Backups: While FlameHoster offers backup services, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. FlameHoster is not liable for any data loss.

5. Payment Terms

• Billing: Service charges are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected during registration (monthly, yearly, etc.). Payments can be made using the methods available on our website.
• Refunds: FlameHoster offers a 7 of days money-back guarantee for initial purchases. After this period, refunds are only processed in specific cases, such as service failures attributable to FlameHoster.
• Late Payments: If payments are not received within 10 days of the due date, your account may be suspended. Reactivation may incur a fee, and services will be restored once all outstanding payments are settled.

6. Service Uptime and Guarantees
FlameHoster is committed to providing 99.9% uptime for its services, ensuring consistent availability. However, there may be instances of unplanned outages or maintenance. If our servers experience downtime exceeding 3 hours due to technical issues or other problems, we will compensate affected users with a 10% credit refund directly to their account dashboard. This credit can be used for future service purchases. While we aim to minimize disruptions, FlameHoster is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Suspension and Termination
FlameHoster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our network or other users. In cases of suspension, we will provide notice and offer a chance to rectify the violation where possible. Termination due to repeated or severe violations may occur without further notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
FlameHoster will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or profit. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid for services in the last [6 or 12 months].

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FlameHoster, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos provided on our website remain the intellectual property of FlameHoster or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

11. Changes to Terms
FlameHoster reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
