Hosting Services:
We stand behind the quality of our hosting services and offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your hosting plan within the first 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a refund. Please note that this refund policy applies exclusively to hosting services. Refunds are not applicable to VPS (Virtual Private Server), RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), or dedicated server purchases.

Domain Registration and Transfer:

We do not offer refunds for domain registration or transfer fees. Once a domain registration or transfer request is initiated, it is considered final and non-refundable. However, in the rare event of a domain registration or transfer failure due to technical issues or domain availability problems beyond our control, we will promptly issue a refund within 24 to 48 hours.

Exceptions:

If a domain registration or transfer fails to complete within the specified timeframe due to technical issues on our end or domain availability issues, we will issue a refund within 24 to 48 hours.
Hosting plan purchases made during promotional offers where refunds are explicitly excluded will not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds will not be granted for services that have violated our terms of service or acceptable use policy.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team with your account details and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
