At FlameHoster, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued at 80% of the original amount paid.

Refundable Services:

The following services are refundable under specific conditions:

  • Linux cPanel Hosting (Yearly Plan only): Refunds are applicable if canceled within 7 days of activation for yearly plans.
  • BDIX cPanel Hosting (Yearly Plan only): Refunds are available within 7 days for yearly subscriptions if usage policies are adhered to.
  • Reseller Hosting (Yearly Plan only): Refunds can be requested within 7 days for yearly plans with no abuse of resources.
  • Cloud Hosting (Yearly Plan only): Refunds are available for yearly plans terminated within 7 days of purchase.

Monthly Plans: Refunds are not available for any of the above services purchased on a monthly subscription basis.

Exclusions:

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Special promotional offers or discounts.
  • Domain name registrations, as these are processed immediately.
  • If a domain registration is incomplete, a refund may be issued within 72 hours.

Non-Refundable Services:

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Server rentals (VPS, dedicated servers).
  • Digital products or services, including software and support.
  • SMTP hosting services: If SMTP services are non-functional (e.g., emails are not sent or delivered), customers must open a support ticket. If the issue is not resolved within 72 hours, a refund will be provided.
  • Software licenses: Refunds are not available unless the license cannot be installed or is non-functional, in which case a refund will be provided within 72 hours.
  • Account credits: Any credit added to your FlameHoster account is strictly non-refundable.
  • Other services: Refunds are not available for G Suite, Bulk SMS, Business Email, Hosted PBX, and SSL Certificates.

Requesting a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team at [email protected].
  • Include your order number, date of purchase, and the reason for your request.

Refund Processing:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note:

For non-refundable items, such as digital products and licenses, if there is a failure in functionality or any major issue preventing use, FlameHoster will issue a full refund within 24 hours of confirmation.

Policy Changes:

FlameHoster reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be communicated through our website.
